Every unit in a course has a short quiz that has multiple-choice questions. The answers to the questions are found in the content of the same unit. You can attempt the quiz as many times as you need to achieve a pass mark of at least 60%.
Yes. Our CE courses have been optimized to work on personal computers, tablets and smartphones.
Yes. You will need a working Internet connection to be able to progress through the course and view its videos.

If you’re experiencing video playback issues, it could be because you’ve remained on the web page for too long or you’ve lost your Internet connection. To resolve this issue, simply “refresh” or “reload” your web page and the videos should be working again.
As soon as you have completed a course, you will see a link to download your Certificate of Completion under “My Certificates” on the My Courses page. Please note that you will need to be logged in to be able to view your Certificates.
Once you have logged in, click on My Account at the top of the website and then click on Account Details on the menu on the left. Here, you will be able to update your Email, License Number, Address, Phone and Password. However, you will not be able to change your username.
